If another lockdown OR CATASTROPHIC WEATHER EVENTS ARE put into effect, there will not be any deposit refunds. However, once lockdown OR EVENT is lifted, we can reschedule appointments that were booked prior to the lock down OR EVENT.
THE DEPOSIT/RETAINER FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. It’s due anytime before the actual shoot date. It MUST BE PAID THROUGH BOOKING LINK OR INVOICE. Be mindful though, if someone wants your time and day and have thEIR deposit ready, it’s all right to give it to them.
Photoshoot must be creative that would fit well in the photographer’s shooting style. Will give creative guidance if needed.
Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking.
All hair and make up MUST be done prior to the photoshoot
Please keep family/friends to a minimum at photoshoot, space is limited, space is limiteD 1-2 persons only
3 people max in studio.
LATE FEE of $20 is required after 15mins late. AFTER 30mins, your shoot is canceled and you forfeit your deposit.
PLEASE KEEP UP WITH COMMUNICATION. IF CLIENT DOES NOT RESPOND IN 24HRS BEFORE SHOOT, SHOOT IS CANCELED, DEPOSIT IS FORFEIT AND CLIENT MUST DO THE BOOKING PROCESS OVER AGAIN.
Travel Fee is required for shoots that ARE MORE THAN AN HOUR AWAY.
All final edited photos will be sent by sites called Dropbox, Google Drive, or Pixieset
Editing could take 10-14 days. Booking in advanced is highly recommended.
All photos are sent digitally. Photos can be printed for an additional price.
if rescheduling, note that you can only reschedule one time within 60 days from original shoot date. After 60 days, your deposit will be forfeit and you'll have to do the booking process again.
Photographer has a right to denied services at any time.
If client is not pleased with the final images after re editing to help accommodate you, and you’ll like a refund back, it’s only right that you get HALF of the payment back and photos CAN NOT be used whatsoever.
